It's OK
It's OK. It's decent on desktop, Firefox is better than Chrome. It's not very good on mobile, though.

Great App and Superb Customer Service
Great App and Superb Customer Service. I've been using 1Password for a few weeks now and after using other password managers in the past, I found this app to be great to use. I was a little wary at first, trust has to be earned, but now I trust 1Password with all my logins and secure information. I did need to contact support a couple of times, and they were very quick to respond, plus they are very friendly and super helpful. You will not find a better password manager.

I had a problem synching MAC and iPhone…
I had a problem synching MAC and iPhone installations using Dropbox (which was used when i originally set up the account on iPhone many years ago. MAC app came later. Due to retirement (and ability to focus on minor issues) decided to engage with support to resolve. Reviewed FAQ and asked for help. Mr Mark Shane was extremely helpful in assisting me with the changes in your app update as well as assuring me regarding the transfer of my information as I am not very comfortable with all the technology out there. Love it thanks to outstanding customer support
I had trouble getting 1Password working but thanks to their outstanding email customer support they solved all my problems and now I'm really enjoying 1password
