Perfect password application
Perfect password application. Excellent family plan available (which I use to great effect). Personal vaults, shared vaults, credit card storage, miscellaneous storage, you name it. Try it and see!

Great App - and Great support
I’ve been using 1Password for a while now and it’s great - especially with the Family set up. Saves hours with the aged relatives! Had a problem yesterday (first I’ve had) and couldn’t solve it myself. Contacted support last night, a few emails between us today, sorted. No delays or stupid scripted responses, just considered help based on the facts and a rapid resolution of my problem. Pleased, and grateful there are still companies that have support staff worth the name!

1Password is a great product
1Password is a great product. I use it on my Mac, Windows, and iOS many times daily, and it's reliable and easy to use on each of those platforms. I'm leaving this review because I recently needed to contact 1Password about a billing question. A support rep named Saif responded within minutes and answered my question perfectly. So their support is as good as their product!

Works about half the time when setting…
Works about half the time when setting up new accounts. Often times the secure site works too fast for 1Password and will save the username/password while 1Password doesn't acknowledge the password change (WHICH IT JUST GENERATED!!!) and will not save it. So, you have a really long, complicated password for a site and have no idea what it is... because 1Password didn't save what it generated and filled in (twice!). I have had two sites completely shut me out and had to call to unlock ...
