I have been a long time customer, recently upgraded to a new version. Found a better deal with discount elsewhere, so I emailed them and they sorted me out with the same deal!

Mark, and everyone I've dealt with at 1Password, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough with their instructions, and patient in their explanations. Support emails are normally something I dread but I found all of Mark's responses easy to read, and simple to follow. It was a painless experience. He got me exactly where I needed to be.Cannot recommend 1Password enough.

Happy 1Password since 2010
I've used 1Password since 2010 - have occasionally looked at other options but always decide to stay for the level of security and ease of use. I just switched to the subscription model and had some concerns about getting everything set up correctly - customer service responded really quickly and walked me through all of the steps so now I'm good to go. Great customer service - peace of mind - and password safety - can't beat that!

Great Product and Support
I chose 1Password as my password manager and have been extremely satisfied with both the product and support. The product works wonderfully in both Apple and Windows environments (at the same time), providing peace of mind you hope for when it comes to security.I very recently changed computers from Surface Pro to MacBook Pro and was able, with the help of my Customer Support Representative ("Gem") to both uninstall and and then install the application seamlessly. 1Password is going the extra mile!
I contacted the support team as I was unable to sign up for the 1Password membership, within five hours they had responded and solved my issue.Then they noticed I'd purchased a license to use 1Password before and automatically offered me the promotion for existing users that are switching over to the membership, by adding the discount coupon to my account so that I can enjoy a 50% discount for the first three years of my membership.This is customer retention at its finest :-)

Using the product over years now
Works perfect as expected on my Windows host, Mac notebook, iPhone and iPad. I love the integration on my Mac into Safari. Using 1password over years now and never had a problem with the product.
