I am Still trying to get it to work…

I am Still trying to get it to work properly. I hate that there is no human contact except thru email. No phone, no chat option to get fully covered. All directions Have been very confusing. I’m still hopeful I will get all my passwords in. But it is oh so frustrating when I am somewhere and have to call up an old password…and it doesn’t have it in 1Password and I’m stuck! Can’t go back Can’t go forward. No access!

Had difficulties with my payment method.Received help right away after contacting customer support.Support was very frindly and pro-active in regards to solve my issue.Keep it up!

Excellent customer support.The product is excellent, and the team constantly improves it. The customer support is Great. Both times I have contacted them, it was a pleasurable experience. They give clear instructions, are very friendly and eager to help.

Apple subscription not shown on account

I encountered a problem with my Apple subscription not being shown in my 1Password account. The Support Team was very quick, helpful and gave me simple instructions on what to do to solve the problem. Thank you very much!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. All representatives were very responsive and helpful. Even checked in if some time had lapsed between exchanges. One of the most positive customer experiences I’ve had.

A great application

1Password is the best, most powerful 3rd party app I've ever used. It's not even close. I've used it for a long time now and while it hasn't been without it's problems, I've always found that customer support is outstanding. For every issue, they've been fully on board until everything is worked out and I'm happy with the result. What more could anyone ask? The program itself seems like a miracle at times. It makes password management almost stupid simple.

Love my 1Password

I’ve been using 1Password for about five years now and I LOVE IT! Finally, I have a secure way to remember my passwords and other sensitive data without resorting to pen and paper. Any time I have had a technical problem, the staff is right there to help me solve it. Highly recommend this app! In fact, I’m finally making the change from monthly to annual subscription. Keep up the good work!

I have used 1password for several years…

I have used 1password for several years and never had an issue until recent. At no fault of 1Password my account became unusable by not syncing properly. I'm a little old school (some say a lot) and I wasn't thrilled that I couldn't pick up the phone and talk with someone. However, I was pleasantly surprised from the first support request that I submitted. The support team responded immediately with step by step instructions that were direct and easy to follow. My problem was taken care of ...

1Password – excellent password manager with great support

I've used 1Password for quite a few years now for generating and storing complex random passwords as well as storing all sorts of other private data snippets, synchronized across devices. It seems to get ever more capable as the years pass and I'm probably missing/don't need some of its features.I've rarely needed to call on Support but it's there when needed with comprehensive instructions on how to fix any problems.
