Friendly and helpful support team
New to 1Password and after a bumpy ride getting started (accidentally created two accounts, one on .com and one on .ca) the support team was very kind and helpful in sorting me out. Excited to try out the software.

been using 1password since 2020
I've been using 1password since 2020 and have had a smooth login experience across all platforms. Synchronization between devices is also excellent, and Autofill works nicely. Definitely recommended.

The help I received was specific and numbered, so it was really easy to follow. The person understood what I needed to do, and gave me additional, clear instructions if I hit a roadblock.
