Just started using the product, but support is top-notch!
I just started using the product and had some hiccups with it on my Android phone. The tech support was on top of it and were top notch. Trevor, Ben and Melicia had me up and running - if the support is this good, I'm sure the product is going to be great!

I approached 1Password support about a licensing question and they helped me with a good custom solution, replied quickly, and solved my issue easily.

Apps come and go
Apps come and go, but 1Password has been by my side for many years. It's my trusted sidekick that remembers the stuff I can't remember myself and keeps me safe by alerting me to potential security breaches on the web. Highly recommend it. Not only is the app & subscription definitely worth the money, the support team is fantastic.

With 1Password 7 installed
With 1Password 7 installed, I go to install v8. It says 'Move passwords to a 1password account? They will not be available otherwise'..Umm. No? I store my passwords outside of 1password's online interface. That's intentional. v8 won't read them any other way? I guess I'm not upgrading :(

Poor instructions and interface for setting up password protection
The instructions and interface for setting up passwords is one of the worst. I had a difficult time downloading the software. Good luck trying to get help from a non bot such as a human.

Excellent customer service
Contacted the customer service team to switch my account for .com to .eu. They guided me through the process and then also gave me a voucher for being a loyal customer. Kaley was an excellent customer service rep.

You should use 1Password!
We use 1Password to manage all of our passwords, and I love it's ease of use, and the support of the non-profit scene. I don't think we could function as a non-profit society without them.
