1Password customer services is outstanding!
1Password have incredible customer service. I reported a very small bug that I encountered thinking it would land in an inbox to be reviewed and that would be the end of it however less than 1 hour later I received a personalised email advising what the problem was and how it could be fixed. Very impressed!

I want to like this software product.
I want to like this software product.However, I need help at every step. Things work and then they don't. Each device and each Browser I use and each way I automatically access a site (eye, finger, manual entry)_ requires a different and non-obvious step.The Support Team has been responsive but they don't understand how frustrating this product is or how many steps in advance of their instructions are required.I paid for Family Sharing and that has been a series of heartaches as now both of ...
