Complete, safe and very easy to use

Very complete yet easy to use password manager. Although they work with a subscription fee, it's well worth it. Recurring income also ensures that they can keep the standards high, which is very important since they keep your secrets safe. Having also used many other password managers for professional purposes, I haven't found the same ease of use in other systems. I have been using 1P for a few years…

I have been using 1P for a few years now. The software is great and support is terrific. I rarely have support questions, but when I wanted to run 1P on an older Mac, the good folks at 1P helped me make that happen. Thanks!

1Pass is fraught with bugs....Version 7…

1Pass is fraught with bugs....Version 7 will not download or install on Mac Monterrey.....Constantly will not update new passwords across multiple platforms...not designed to work with legacy Mac operating systems....I have 9 Macs with different OS and 1PASS fails on most of them .

I’ve been a long time user of 1P, but always the standalone edition. I had never subscribed to their service, thinking it wasn’t necessary. That all changed when I needed assistance with several issues. Subscribing was very cost efficient and I had really GREAT SERVICE from Laura Rooke. We had communicated all day, even late into the evening. She made sure that I was on the correct track with all my devices. This employee deserves some serious recognition. Kudos to all the staff. There are no words that can adequately…

There are no words that can adequately describe these wonderful Supporters, both paid and volunteers, they go over and beyond to help the 1Password users with their problems. Furthermore, their advice is so welcomed. I recently mentioned to 1Password Supporter I had ordered the YubiKeys, out of the blue one Supporter offered to help me set them up if I needed help. We Users in turn should support our great Supporters. 1 Password is a wonderful experience and a joy to use. THANK YOU SUPPORTERS

I had a little bit of trouble migrating from my older versions of 1Password, and the customer service people could not have been more helpful setting it up. They replied to my first message within minutes, and talked me through a few tricky problems that I encountered. I've used 1Password for years - it's easy to manage across all devices, simple to use, and secure. Highly recommended on all counts.

Early Adopter

I was an early adopter of 1password. They saved me from the tyranny of a family spreadsheet for five people that was driving me nuts. I never looked back or at any other company. 1password just always works so seamlessly. This is a service that I wanted to subscribe to and support even though I got in with an early license.

Great app

Great app, works like a charm in every device even in those less mainstream like a Linux computer. I strongly recommend it.
