Excellent customer service and a great product that provides a necessary layer of security against identity theft vulnerability. I have memory issues due to long-COVID and a password manager has been a lifesaver. The student discount is super helpful for someone like myself who isn't earning a living wage. I highly recommend 1Password :)

Setup support
Contacted support about an issue I had migrating a stand-alone instance to a subscription family account. The email support was exceptional and extremely timely, even considering there were a few different support staff involved as I clarified and provided more details. The self run diagnostics tools really are brilliant and so easy to use and send on output. My issue ended up being a mixup in entering my new online password and then the original vault password sequence to migrate across. ...

1Password gives me peace of mind.
1Password is the first and only password manager that I have tried. I chose it after reading a few reviews and YouTube videos. The NY Times review (Wirecutter) was most persuasive. Anyway, my needs are perhaps a bit more complicated than most. I use multiple platforms (a Windows desktop, an Android phone, and an Apple mini-iPad) and I had trouble getting 1Password to work across all three. OK, I'm a "boomer", I'll admit it. Great product that keeps all my device synced.
Great product that keeps my iPhone, iPad, and new MacBook all up to date. Have been using it for years. I'm a power user of the non-subscrtiption version which is unfortunately no longer supported. But still working so far. Love it.

I am very happy with 1Password, the only thing is that it looks like that they are depreciating the Mac-version. Windows seems to have priority. Well, I hope they will keep supporting the Mac-version and still am a happy user.

Paying Problem
I had a problem paying for my 1Password subscription renewal. When paying on the Internet, my credit card has to be confirmed by a second factor, in this case with my mobile phone. Since 1Password wanted to charge my credit card "normally", this confirmation query did not come. The payment failed. I then described my problem to 1Password support.
