Very grateful for all the support and responsiveness from the 1Password Customer Service Team! In making the transition from being on 1Password 7 as a stand alone app purchase, to 1 Password 8 as a subscription service, I needed help and 1Password Customer Service was there in a jiffy.Thank you 1Password for your awesome customer experience!

1Password support and software: Amazing
Fantastic support! They helped me with my request and in less than 24hours (with a Sunday in between) I had my discount applied and moved from single license to family subscription.Looking forward to see future updates of this fantastic software!My favourite password manager.

This software is a time saver and…
This software is a time saver and allows me and my family to generate secure passwords without needing to memorize them when needed. Also having the ability to share certain accounts/passwords is very valuable to us.

Great support once they got back to me
Great support once they got back to me. Response times were lengthy between emails back and forth - yet the information and support provided were perfect. I feel turn around times could be much better. I didn't have a functional or software issue and had I, the turn around time wouldn't have been ideal. Not much is worse than waiting for support to get back to you..

Genuinely helpful and friendly support engineers
The support engineer staff was genuinely helpful and timely. Getting support was straightforward and didn't require tons of hoops. Sometimes companies will "hide" the support emails or "contact us" options. But 1password support was easy to contact, and the support engineers were very helpful.

A great product and great customer support!
The app works fine and it is saving me a lot of time and troubles with my more than 100 passwords. Easy to use! Furthermore, their support is very good. I discovered that I had two accounts and was paying double (which was my own fault). When I contacted the support from 1Password, they helped me to get rid of one account and gave me a credit amount for the account that I didn't use. This is really great customer service.Summarizing: A great product and great customer support!
