1Password - Superb!

Having been a single user of 1Password for some time and successfully sorted out my ‘password life’ :-) we wanted to extend our household to a family membership. The process was quick and easy and when we came up against a few queries the support team were absolutely fantastic. Quick responses, exceptionally polite with useful links and guides. Huge thanks to the support team and I highly recommend both the app and the support facility! Superb

I had an issue with a stale master…

I had an issue with a stale master passwd stored in my mac and hence wasnt able to setup a new email id for using 1passwd. Alex was very quick in responding and gave me the exact procedure to fix the issue.

Worth the effort

It was somewhat awkward to switch from 1Password6 to 1Password7, but the support team of Muhammad & Jason were friendly, helpful … and fast!

I experienced major problems when I tried to join the early update to 1Password 8 for Mac. I consider myself pretty savvy when it comes to troubleshooting issues with software. To no avail, I spent several hours trying to migrate my 1Password 7 vaults and installing 1Password 8. I contacted 1Password support for help. Easiest and most beautiful password manager

Really good software for all my login credentials and card information! I subscribed to the family account and added my whole family to it :) And thanks to Chris for the great support and good chat!

Cannot live without this software

Cannot live without this software. Since I have it, I'm using very (very) complexe passwords which are securing all my logins. 1password is very easy to use, and very well integrated in the browsers. I strongly recommend.

Most confusing

Most confusing. I have accounts in my fault, but I cannot understand how the accounts and their passwords can automatically load when I access the account. The YouTube video does not make this clear.
