Outstanding technical support

I had the standalone software for 5 years and recently upgraded to a family subscription. At first I had a lot of technical problems making the switch, and the support team at 1password provided outstanding service. They were very responsive and we gradually worked through all my issues and now it is working like a dream.

Mac Hint

Once I figured out how to use it on my Mac, it works seamlessly. Best that you disable Passwords (Keychain) on your Mac, otherwise its dialog box will override 1Password's dialog box. No need for Keychain if you have 1Passowrd which works better.
