1Password is AWESOME - I'm keeping this FOREVER!(or until one of us dies...)Seriously, this is great; it's so secure that I almost can't get into my own account when I'm on a new machine, and I know what my 1Password is!

I was confused and 1Password found a simple, easy, hassle-free fix

I was confused because not all my logins were showing up in my account, even though I just had one email associated with 1Password. The 1Password folks were able to quickly identify that I actually did have 2 accounts under 1 email, which was why not all my logins were showing up. After 1 quick verification of my identity, they came up with a simple solution that required very few clicks, time or hassle on my end. And now it's all fixed! Really great experience. Thanks!

They took care of it so well, as if it were their own problems .

I used 1Password since many years without any problem. In this time i had some questions for my several devices and I always get help within 24 hours.And with new version 7, I had some problems , but much serious before, because I could't edit my passwords on my mac and I had also trouble on my iPhone and android tab.I get also on this time a very competently help day by day until until they solve my problem.Many many thanks in the name Password team for Mark-Shane Scale,Chris Jackson, ...

Excellent Support Team - Personable and Communicative

My experience with the support team at 1Password was amazing. I was assisted by Corinne, Intan, and Mark-Shane. They helped me out with an inquiry I had regarding promotional offers and were able to resolve it with me in a quick, personable, and communicative manner. In one instance that they didn't respond in 24 hours, they replied with an apology and provided an explanation for their delay. This may be the worst app I have ever…

This may be the worst app I have ever used in my life. I absolutely, positively CANNOT log in to my account on my windows machine. I have the 'secret key' but it just won't accept it.Trying to get my family online with this kludge of a software product, has been a multiple support contact nightmare. Downloaded the app itself on Windows (gave up on trying to sign in with a browser), It auto fills the sign in address as ###.com, whereas my data sheet has it as ###.ca No way to change it. ...

I was locked out of my migrated 1Password subscription account

I made a mistake while signing up for my 1Password subscription. I already had a standalone version. But hadn't read the entire web page, and failed to understand that the webpage login would ALSO be the 1Password (subscription supported app) master password. Saved the subscription password to my (standalone) 1Password... Migrated, and then could no longer open my 1password account because the previous master password would no longer work.
