I love 1Password and have been using it…
I love 1Password and have been using it for years. I haven't had a reason to contact support until recently and I was really impressed. They helped solve my issue quickly and made me really feel that they were there for me. I wanted to leave a special mention for Sarabeth as she went above and beyond to help.

The installation failed
The installation failed. My company evaluated and finally decided on 1Password, and I forgot that I had initially installed. I had to remove the appdata1Password folder in order to reinstall it. That was a mistake as I now have to repeat a full on installation. In my mind this is the least user friendly password manager that I looked into.

Outstanding Customer Service
The representatives were outstanding. I appreciated the links to support articles when they requested information from me. Both reps were patient, helpful, and understanding of my situation. The problem (self inflicted I believe!) was attended to in a timely manner and communication was near perfect. Terrific Program
Terrific Program! Though you can only reach support via email their response times are excellent. Actually helped me with a problem with my iPhone even though it wasn't 1passwords product. The addition of add-ons like the documents feature makes easy access to pertinent info on hand while calling.

Problem solved
This could get confusing but here goes. Bought 1Password but bought it in us funds. Wanted to change to Canadian.ca. To make a long story short I kept the us account and the good people at 1 password are going to give me a credit for the difference. Saif was very helpful and answered all emails immediately.. A job well done communicating with clients.. Robert
