First time user of 1password. Had a few issues trying to getting acquainted with software. Contacted 1password support who responded very quickly and continued follow up to ensure all my questions were answered. I was impressed with support received.

The only password manager I will ever use.
I have been using 1Password since version 1. I have stuck with it even when others like LastPass came into the market because 1Password was always more feature packed and I really liked all the refinements they have added over the years. I was not a huge fan of the switch to monthly subscription, but I guess I understand that this is necessary to keep innovating. And I certainly would HATE it if it went away!. Quick and Easy
Quick and EasyLaura responded to my issue immediately and was able to help me transition to from an app-based subscription so I could upgrade to the families plan. Had everything resolved in a few minutes. Love it!

Very friendly and helpful
I opened an account with 1Password. But I did not get to use it for a month. When I tried using it after a month the password did not work which could be a mistake in my memory. When I approached the security team at 1 password they were extremely helpful and steered me in right direction.I am extremely happy with their help.

So good I upgraded my whole family
So good I upgraded my whole familyThe product is great, makes life easier in today's age where security and privacy critical. The upgrade experience from an individual account to a family subscription required me to get in contact with customer support, and after my conversation with them, I can wholeheartedly say that 1Password is a company with employees and culture that genuinely care for their customers.

I have had few issues with 1Password…
I have had few issues with 1Password since I started using the "free" version several years ago. I have now upgraded to the very inexpensive pay version; customer service/help is quick and efficient, and of great importance, very patient!This produce works as advertised.
