I had an issue figuring out how to save non website passwords. I received a prompt response with easy to follow instructions. I always appreciate the support I get from 1password and would recommend it (and have recommended it) to others.

What do you like best about 1Password? simple and easy to use interface. I remember getting locked out of my account in my old password manager and haven't faced this issue at all in 1password

I switched to this from Dashlane and am very glad I did.
I switched to this from Dashlane and won't look back. I am very pleased. I like so many things about 1Password: the different types of items you can save - especially "secure notes", the ability to link items such as a login to one or more secure notes, the ability to share vaults with a family member, and much more. Most of all, I like having a PC app instead of having to use the web app. Dashlane lost me when they announced they were retiring their PC App.
