"Works as it should!"

What do you like best about 1Password? My company has a lot of different websites that we need shared access to, and 1Password allows us to keep all of these passwords in an easy to access and safe location.

What do you like best about 1Password? Convenient application, there are applications for Mac, iPhone. You can generate passwords, save passport data or other confidential data. The application itself has a nice design. Cool

I only have to remember 1Password...

And yeah, it's a pretty elaborate password, but it's only ONE password. Everything is locked away behind a wall that nobody but you has the key to - as long as you don't share that key! Don't ask the fine folks at 1Password to "reset" your password or give you a hint - they can't do it! You are the only controller for this Vault.

1Password is an excellent product

1Password is an excellent product. What really sets it apart, however, is a superb customer service team. Their responses are fsst and always accurate as to steps to be taken.

1Password just works

1Password just works. I resisted the subscription model as long as I could but I guess it is worth it as long as they keep improving the product.

I had a question about installing 1Password on multiple devices. Kester reached out to me right away and a dial my questions with detailed instructions and links to settings I needed to modify. Fantastic customer service! And a great product. Well done!

What do you like best about 1Password? Safe, and very good UX and UI. Very good customer service, and a fair price. Recommended! With lots of information, a super place to store all information.

Great help

Very intelligent support folks. They were able to understand my situation and guide me step by step on what to do, and answer questions along the way. In the end I was able to resolve my issue with no problem at all. The only thing I wish was better would be quicker response times, but my issue was resolved so I'm not complaining too much.
