"My best change of habit ever."
What do you like best about 1Password? I feel confident that my passwords and credentials aren't leaked out when services get hacked. It was a sudden change of habit to not give my passwords to any services, but instead let 1password securely vault a unique password for each service, with integrated 2FA

"Totally worth it!"
What do you like best about 1Password? All my passwords are centralized. This is helpful and makes jumping around to my different online accounts very easy. What do you dislike about 1Password?

200+ passwords each unique to each site...INVALUABLE!
Having gone from spreadsheets with passwords on it to this amazing system that helps me use the most encrypted passwords unique to each site has been invaluable! I went from ~50 passwords to over 200 in 2 years. Keeping me safe from hackers and being Pwned.

Great service AND great customer support
I recently realized I have my own membership and my husband has a family membership of which I am a part. My question was how do I cancel my membership without losing all my entries. The 1Password team was extremely helpful detailing exactly how to do it; they did not try to talk me out of it which I really appreciated. Perfect support
Got in touch with the support because of an upgrade to version 7. The support team answered always within 24 hours personally, not an automatic generated answer-mail. Very competent and friendly, and by the way, i got a 50% discount for 3 years!!, because of a promotion for upgraders! Top!

Great customer support
I needed to roll back to an earlier version of 1Password than what I had installed. I posted a message to the support community message board. Very quickly I received instructions as to how to open a service request via email. Just as quickly I received detailed, easy to follow instructions that enabled me to do just what I needed. It was all so quick and easy. Also, I really like the product. Love the browser plugin for Firefox. Very easy to use.
