Quick and helpful response to a problem of my doing
Working in finance and administering the financial affairs of multiple clients, I am required to maintain literally scores of sensitive passwords which require updating on a regular basis. 1Password has been my saviour. "1 Password to rule them all!"
What do you like best about 1Password? I love how simple 1Password has made password management across devices, including mobile. I've tried so many, and this is the only one I stuck with. It's secure and reliable.

Great experience with the Support
Great experience with the Support! They call themselves "lifeguards" and indeed, they are. It is awesome to have somebody on your side when you have messed up your account and problems with reinstalling. No allegations, just helping! It reconfirms my decision to work with 1Password, even if they are not the cheapest, but with the support of this quality, it makes the difference. Thanks folks, you helped me a lot!

1Password support was class A. I received a quick response to my initial question and a spot on solution. I had heard support was good but I would rate it superb.

First-rate customer service
I managed to get my IOS and macOS devices syncing to different databases. This was totally my fault. The team at 1Password walked me through the steps to point them all in the same direction. They were painstaking in making certain all the data I wanted to retain was on their site and that I was able to recover my data in the event of a misstep. They took lots of time over several days having me "measure twice and cut once." Only then did they have me repoint my IOS data. It went ...
