Oh My!!!
Oh My! I am told to leave out offensive words. So that means that I cannot say how totally F-ing happy I am with OnePassword. I will try anyway while knowing that this comment will be deleted. I have had two problems. The first time was because I did not read the instructions. What the heck! I am an old timer. I never read instructions. Second time? Same Same but different. "1Password saves me the hassle of juggling notes/apps/updates across all my devices"
What do you like best about 1Password? 1Password gives me easy access to all my saved passwords in a way that is website and app-friendly on my laptop and phone. I cannot tell you how much peace of mind I have from knowing my passwords are secure and are evaluated for recent breaches that do happen across the internet.

patient and helpful
I had received a new computer at work, and the files from my old computer were copied onto the new. However, upon installing 1password onto my new computer, I was unable to find the old logins and passwords that I had stored on 1password on my old computer (and not online). I received extensive help troubleshooting the problem, and they eventually figured out how to get my information back into 1password. Very patient, step-by-step instructions.

The best help ever
I had the bitter experience of losing my password and having to delete and reset an account. Big thanks to Ashlee who was able to help me out and go step by step with me. She made the experience so much sweeter and easier.

Solved My Problems
Having completely messed up my 1Password files, I turned to the support team to help me. As an octogenarian, my computer skills are limited. Over a course of four days, and eight email exchanges, the 1Password support staff helped me to resolve all the problems that I had. My account is clean, complete, and functioning well. Many thanks to the support team!
