Though I had updated my email address…

Though I had updated my email address in my profile, mail from 1Password was still going to an outdated address. The help at 1Password directed me to the billing section of my account, where I also needed to make a change in address. Without the tip, I was at a loss about how to correct the problem. By the way, the product is great! My wife and I subscribe to the team version of 1Password and it is a great help with internet security without sacrificing convenience.

What do you like best about 1Password? 1Password is both powerful and flexible. Mobile and desktop apps ensure that I have access to the app to generate and save new passwords when I create new accounts and to access passwords when I log int to my apps.

Superb Support from Saif Ahmad

I recently started using 1Password. As a result of a house fire my Emergency kit was destroyed. I was planning to give a copy to a family member over Christmas!!!! Excellent customer service

I have been using a very old version of 1Password for a number of years, and just decided that it would make sense to update to the newest version. I had a few questions on how to best go about this, not only for myself but for other family members. The initial response from support was very fast and then when I had follow up concerns it was equally timely and allowed for a seamless transition.

I've been an active user of 1Password for more than a decade. I recently, and finally, moved to the most recent version of 1Password and needed help with consolidating multiple vaults into one. The customer support team at 1Password very incredibly helpful in guiding me thru the process and setting me up for success, and even followed up to ensure everything went smoothly.
