Laura Rooke of 1 Password Support has been tremendously helpful in helping us with a 1 Password Update even though our computer is old and presented great difficulty to access the update. She worked with us for several days, being available and responding promptly to our myriad of questions and the complications of our personal system.

"1Password is a must-have for password management"
What do you like best about 1Password? It does what it's supposed to do - manage all-things password related. As the name suggests, I know one password, the master password to my 1Password database and all the others are 25 random characters.

Sync issues with Dropbox

The best password manager for me
Switched to 1Password from LastPass a couple of years ago. The day I switched, I immediately fell in love with 1Pass. The windows app was way more functional and better designed than what I got with lastpass. With the latest release of 1Pass 8 for windows, its even more beautiful now. Having a shortcut to bring up 1Pass quick launcher on Windows is a god send and changed the way I use my password manager on my computer. I did not find searching the "help…
I did not find searching the "help menu" effective but the support staff responded within 48 hours and showed me what I could do to delete duplicate entries using the "tools" menu.

"One password for literally everything!"
What do you like best about 1Password? 1Password allows for easy password automation with all browsers. It also integrates with Azure and other programs that we have. Onboarding is very simple as well.

Amazing help
Amazing help. I had a problem with my Master password. Support helped me to find the solution. I recovered all my passwords thanks to their help. Also a nice commercial gesture at the end of the process.
