A very satisfied 1Password user
I have been a very satisfied 1Password user for several years. I missed a couple of upgrades and when I went to upgrade to 1Password 7, I did not have (or could not find) my Emergency Kit or Secret Key. I did not want to lose all my stored passwords, so I contacted 1Password Support. They were extremely helpful, explained how I should proceed, and even checked up to make sure my upgrade/migration was successful. Great technical support for an excellent program, which I use all the time.

Had to change credit card which I managed online. Requested confirmation the bill payment had been accomplished. Response was very quick and personal (not just computer generated).

Impressed by the quick response to my…quick & easy
Impressed by the quick response to my query. The solution was straight forward, easy for me to follow. My tech skills are poor at best. The entire process was quick and easy for me, however the best part was the very clear and easy to understand communications on the part of everyone involved at 1 password. After a somewhat lengthy email…
After a somewhat lengthy email exchange, a support rep called and helped me migrate my vault to the AgileBits service. Afterward, they made sure I was able to access my data through the website, desktop app, and mobile app. Great and thorough service.

Best support experience ever
I have had one of the best support experiences ever. Changing from my former Passwort manager to 1password and switching the account from single to family, the guidance was very good. Currently we we are checking out 1password. For sure it is not the cheapest but the functionality and the support seem to be more than worth it.

The best Product and Support
Never have I experienced such support. My solution took me a long time for me to understand. Each agent stayed with me educating me. Such patience and full and clear responses. Outstanding!! A company is only as good as its support.You not only have the best support team but a great product.

"Great password management tool"
What do you like best about 1Password? The 2FA feature on 1Password is great - no more reliance on retrieving a code texted to someone's phone number and figuring out whose phone number the code was sent to. The Chrome browser extension works great and have no trouble logging into credentials.
