"The best password manager!"
What do you like best about 1Password? It has a very smooth cross-platform experience and saves generated passwords. This is a huge deal if you forget to copy a generated password while making a (throwaway) login and all of a sudden get locked out of your account.

I really love it. I bought the families license and then I recommmended 1Password for the company i work for. We bought the Teams licenese.

"My google doc with passwords is no more!"
What do you like best about 1Password? Super secure, easy to use, makes sharing secrets super easy. I really like different categories of secrets and integrating with personal secrets. Much better than a google doc.

Excellent and seamless
Have been using Lastpass for last couple of years, but decided to switch to 1Password after reading bad reviews about awful customer service on here (plus fact they haven't claimed profile or verified company details yet, whereas these guys have). Importing all my passwords from my Lastpass was a doddle, as was setting up my account across all of my devices. All is going very well so far, and am very happy that I made the switch!

Quality customer support (and a reliable product) wins customer loyalty
When i had a few questions to ensure that my data migration from my old 1password standalone solution to my new account subscription, their customer team was responsive and thorough in their explanations (even during the Christmas holiday season!). It left me even more confident that making the move to the subscription model and that sticking with 1password for the future was the right thing to do.
