I must have forgotten my password 3x at…
I must have forgotten my password 3x at this point and not only were documentations super clear but the customer support showed me how to resolve each roadblock step-by-step, grounding every instruction in compassion and empathy, and making sure to follow up when I was unresponsive. Thank you for making the world of password-remembering, saving, and guessing more enjoyable.

The resulting experience was excellent! I asked a question in the 1Password community group and eventually was asked to to send my question over to get a Support ticket assigned. Bitbot (virtual assistant) quickly assigned a ticket number and hours later received an email from a human :-). My situation involved getting data on 1Password 6.1 on an old iPad over to 1Password 7 on my MacBookPro. Priceless
I've been using 1Password for a year now. Once I understood the login creation clearly, including saving one time passwords it has been invaluable. I no longer store 2fa on my mobile as it's unnecessary. I use it on my mobile, work laptop, and tablet seamlessly. I've removed all basic passwords and now have unique, highly complicated passwords everywhere
