Transferred account to one associated with a subscription offered through eero, inc. Their response to my request was prompt, my identity was confirmed and the transfer was done expediently. I was given the impression 1Password welcomed the opportunity to assist me and offer additional information they thought would be helpful.

Professional, Knowledgeable and Solid Communicators
I retired at the end of 2021 from my long-time employer. I was required to turn in my iPhone and iPad and transfer all of my data to my new, personal devices. The resulting experience was excellent! I asked a question in the 1Password community group and eventually was asked to to send my question over to get a Support ticket assigned. Bitbot (virtual assistant) quickly assigned a ticket number and hours later received an email from a human :-). My situation involved getting data on 1Password 6.1 on an old iPad over to 1Password 7 on my MacBookPro. Priceless
I've been using 1Password for a year now. Once I understood the login creation clearly, including saving one time passwords it has been invaluable. I no longer store 2fa on my mobile as it's unnecessary. I use it on my mobile, work laptop, and tablet seamlessly. I've removed all basic passwords and now have unique, highly complicated passwords everywhere
