Really excellent customer service during setup!

I have used 1password for many years…

I have used 1password for many years with no issue - very secure and reliable. The odd time I have had to contact support for feedback on an issue (normally of my own making) the response has been prompt and effective.

Alex was extremely helpful. The information was provided on a timely basis. His questions were outlined in a way that were user friendly and easy to address. At the end of the day with Alex' assistance the problem was resolved.

By some error my membership was cancelled with 1Password. Although I paid the yearly amount. After contacting 1Password about the problem I was delighted to know the immediate response and the matter was corrected without delay with an apology. Not only this but I was offered a complimentary 12 months free membership. The service was friendly without any delay and I can heartily recommend 1Password with I have used for many years without any problems. Yours sincerely Gunnel Karel

I have been using 1Password from the very beginning and it is great that they continue to evolve it. It is a critical part of how I maintain my security on the internet. I was initially quite wary about the subscription based pivot they made a few years back but have come to appreciate it. As a family it is very convenient to have shared vaults and simple syncing across users and devices.

The customer service team was so helpful, quick and easy to communicate with. It was so refreshing getting real responses from real people instead of canned responses that don’t actually help me with my specific issue. Thank you!

A great Product with excellent and friendly service and support

I have found 1Password to be excellent

I have found 1Password to be excellent. Each update has continued the fine protection and increased the easy use of the app. This year, I transitioned to a subscription even though I prefer not to but understand the trend across excellent apps. Still 1Password complied in full with my request and the support team implemented the coupon they said was available. Thanks. I used 1Password in the last 10 years+, and I love it. Recently I moved to the cloud version for my whole family. I love to give all my family members this vital security tool.
