I've been using the service and apps for nearly a decade, and I've never had a negative experience or hit a bug that wasn't acknowledged and fixed immediately. Moved to 1Password from LastPass after 10+ years

I've been a satisfied (paying) user of LastPass for over 10 years and generally I've been pleased with the product. The security "incidents" you hear of are nearly all massively sensationalised and the applications work ok. 1Password though, is so much better - in every way! Apps (Windows and iOS at least) are much more refined and less "glitchy". Clipboard management in Windows 10 is implemented perfectly (and securely), auto-fill seems to work better and doesn't get in the way as much, ...

I’ve used 1Password since my first Mac and have found it to be a must have. It just keeps getting better and better. Whenever I have had a problem the support has proved to be first class too. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I received quick and helpful responses to my tech question regarding 1Password. The staff also followed through when I took a day to respond to them to answer their questions. I would strongly the 1Password product based on both its usefulness and the customer support provided by the company.
