I have been a user of 1Password for many years. As it has migrated to the App Store and also direct from their website, I got confused and ended up with two licenses - unbeknownst to me. When I discovered it and reached out to 1Password, they helped me make sure I didn't delete passwords from the wrong license and refunded my erroneous extra license.
