Amazing product

Amazing product. Has completely changed how I view passwords. I converted all of my accounts to use random passwords and have not looked back. And their customer support is every bit as amazing. I would recommend 1Password to anyone struggling to manage their passwords.

I had an excellent experience with the 1Password Customer Support team. Specifically, Ixquel, Amy, and Sarabeth. These three seem to be a power team and I definitely believe they are assets to the 1Password organization. When asking for help with upgrading from my old version of 1Password I got very accurate answer. I was especially happy with a very nice and helpful attitude.

While working through problems…

While working through problems associated with shifting 1Password from an old to a new computer, over several weeks I worked with three different support people. All were extremely patient as issues were brought up and worked through and all were extremely prompt with their replies. One of the best support experiences I have had. Thank you!

What do you like best about 1Password? 1Password is a super flexible and powerful way to generate and maintain passwords and other security mechanisms for my many business and personal accounts. I use it on my home and work computers and my mobile device! The interface is simple but powerful. I especially like that I can also add new fields to each 1Password entry such that I can save QR codes, passphrases, and other additional security measures.
