Quick response from support
Quick response from support after I updated and changed my password but made the mistake of not saving the Emergency Kit. Support team offered to walk me through the whole process and responded to emails quickly. Super happy with the paid subscription, can’t believe I waited years to do it!

Perfect prompt response
Very prompt response with detailed, but understandable, instructions and suggestions. Exactly what I needed and I'm 71 years old with a decent handle on apps but a consistent fear I will mess things up.

Short response times in the service…
Short response times in the service lineup after the initial wait boosted my confidence in 1 Password. Tactical strategies explained in an understandable manner. I would suggest short videos detailing all the generic likely responses to sign in problems. I also noticed that the same person followed up, making the service seamless. Very satisfied, Ashlee S.

They made an annoying issue manageable
They made the issue really easy to go through, and also I like how seamless it was, I felt like my support person was all caught up with the current issue. Also they were all very patient and understanding.

Customer Service is fabulous!
Customer Service is fabulous! Normally, you can't talk to them by phone, but I had a tech problem and really wanted more help than just thru email, and Rob made an exception and called me. Great communication, and follow up by the team. They really cared!

I absolutely LOVE 1Password
I absolutely LOVE 1Password! Tho it took a solid chunk of time for me to learn the program (big learning curve) and make the transition of storing almost 100 passwords and other key information, it was time WELL spent and now I am reaping the benefits beyond my expectations! I love how all my important information can be stored in one place! I would highly recommend it as it gives me great peace of mind and saves me so much time now!! No more frantic mental searches of remembering passwords ...
