I had a difficult time changing a password to 1Password on a website. I contacted customer support and received a response in a timely manner. Paul was very clear and concise in his communication and was able to sort through the problem and able to assist me to change my information easily. The website itself was not easy for me to navigate so I don’t think I could have done it without his help. Very grateful and highly recommend customer service on 1 Password.

Laura is great and was very helpful guiding me through the process involved with porting my data to the cloud. I had a terrible experience the first time I tried this process on a new computer, where my data was ported to the cloud, vaults emptied and was subsequently locked out from 1password without being able to log back in. Wow, talk about excellent customer service , he went above and beyond. I was not prepared for my subscription renewal ( misunderstanding) and I was going to cancel it but this gentleman, refunded my payment plus giving me 6 months free on top of that to decide if I would keep it. Nowadays it is rare to come across a truly conscientious caring customer service person. I sure hope they are paying him a good rate. because he is worth every penny. Thanks again!
