Deleting My Account and Establishing a New Account

When I entered into trying to change my account details I was concerned that help would be minimal and that it would not resolve my issues. How wrong could I have been. My emails were answered promptly with detailed explanations of what to do, what links to use and with the use of simple language. Even the refund provided was prompt and welcome. The whole process could not have been better. I am a happy customer.

I just finished a free trial, and I’m on board to stay with 1Password. To say I am tech-challenged is an understatement. I had so many questions I sent to support, things most people would be able to figure out on their own. Every single question was thoroughly answered, even expounded upon with screenshots accompanying directions. Even when I messed things up and needed help getting out of my snafu, I was always treated with respect and cheerful assistance by the support team.

Very straight forward instruction.

Still need more time to explore the apps. However, the supporting service is very fast, and straight so it is very easy for me to understand the instruction given. Good job...

Subscription

Just wanted to call out the great work by the 1Password support team. The subscription discount code I had been provided couldn’t be applied at the time of payment. The team recognised the discount and applied it retrospectively. Thanks for the great support.

I got my renewal notice for my 1Password account. I thought had addressed previously that I had it now covered by Eero subscription but since had to switch to the family plan I had not. A week already had gone by since received the email. I sent in an email with my code to have addressed. Got an email bac with the next steps I had to take first and then another email after addressing everything in the first email advising had to upgrade to a Family plan which did. Support is Awesome

I’ve had to contact support a couple times for various reasons. Each time they’ve been very helpful and resolved issues quickly and completely. It’s never a chore to work with these people and most importantly I don’t have to go though a million bots to talk to a person who can actually fix problems. Always five stars!
