Excellent customer service
I need to make o change to my renewal. I wasn’t sure how to make the adjustment. I sent in my question, got a immediate confirmation and a response within 12 hours. The instructions were very thorough and easy to follow. I was completely satisfied with the way my question was handled.

It looks nice
It looks nice, feels nice, and just works. It's so simple to use, I can probably even get my wife to use it. Their team is doing a great job getting everything to be cohesive and pays attention to security. I feel like they are looking out for our best interests and I appreciate it. Their support was very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. I couldn't really ask for more. Seems like a solid product from a solid team. Nice work!

Laura Rooke was amazing
I run a Support org for a SAAS company, so I am a bit critical in terms of customer experience. Laura Rooke was amazing as my situation was a bit complicated. She was very responsive, patient and new exactly what instructions to provide at each step. I can't say the same for the first person I dealt with (Roya Ahmadi).
