Should have done this many years ago!
Finally switched to a professional (and affordable) password manager after many years of using passwords by heart.SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT MANY YEARS AGO!The app works brilliant and is well integrated with a lot of software/ apps on your mobile phone or laptop (browser).It works fluently and it surprises me over and over again how easy it is.

I'm a newbie to 1Password…
I'm a newbie to 1Password (transitioning from LastPass), but I can already see one reason why this particular app is rated so highly by multiple sources! And that reason is their tech support team!! So far I've interacted with 2 of them, and my experience with both of them surpassed *any* past interactions with *any* online support! I've tried a number of free and paid…
I've tried a number of free and paid password management apps, and I like 1Password. There is a technical factor, but the best thing about it is the quick response of support. I was able to get video support when email support was difficult. I think it's a great password manager.

Superb support team
As I was in a trouble after I realized that I had forgotten the master password, I reached out the support team. Linda and Meg have provided a concise and clear guidance on how my problems should be sorted out. It was so nice of them, for which I have been grateful, proactively to assist with me reapplying Apple subscription to the newly created account after deletion. I could feel at ease even though I am a user in the opposite side of the globe. Thank you very much.
