1Password is an excellent software
1Password is an excellent software. when we think keeping password is a tiny thing, they develop lots of useful function for us, including share password, two factor login etc. It's very convenient to manage my password with 1Password.

I was hesitant to contact support…
I was hesitant to contact support regarding a simple question. I needed a fix though. I mailed and received a 100% adequate answer. A short and nice interaction followed which made the experience even better. The stupidity of my question only led to a professional and friendly reply by customer support. A level of support rarely seen anymore
Excellent support. Being able to email with a support agent directly is fantastic. Having them have a deep technical understanding of the product, the platform and the technology behind it at a high level is AMAZING. Really helpful email support!
I was pleasantly surprised with 1Password's support. I couldn't find the specific support documentation I needed to address my issue on my own, so I reached out over email. Over the next few days, multiple different Support staff members chimed in on the email chain to walk me through what I needed to do. There was a consistent thread of helpful and easy to follow steps to address my issue.Thanks 1Password Support!

Best Password Manager I have used
I can't live without a password manager, I used to use LastPass, switched to Bitwarden, now I am on a 1Password Family Plan. Everyone in my family can easily use the password manager, it's easy to share credentials, built-in 2FA and the support is very friendly. I am not very happy with their choice of switching to Electron, and also it's a bit on the more expensive side, but in my opinion, it's the best Password Manager.
