I've been using 1Password Stand Alone for years and have recently subscribed. This has been and is by far the most thorough and efficient password manager in the industry. Looking forward to using the subscription service.

Outstanding customer service/support with an already outstanding product

We have used 1 Password for over 15 years but only recently began linking our devices. I figured the process of getting everything talking together would be difficult and complicated so I kept putting it off. I could not have been more wrong. The integration of our already existing password list with the new shared format was seamless. Have been using 1Password for a good number of years. Recently had a problem with the software caused by my own fault. Got in touch with the support team and they responded within 24 hours. After exchanging a few emails with them the problem was solved in a very friendly courteous and professional manner. All emails were followed up with a very short period. Brand new PC to replace my old failing one.

I have a brand new PC to replace my old which decided to stop working. I was unable to recover anything from the old one. Regarding 1Password which I have been using for years and am very pleased with, I wanted to rebuild the missing passwords. I did not succeed because nothing could be recovered. Luckily I did have a .csv backup og the lot. I was suggested to remove my account and rebuild it which was a straight corward task and after imported the ,csv file without any problems. 1Password in general is a fantastic app for what it does, and rarely has severe issues that make me want to consider an alternative. However, where they really shine is the customer support. They're incredible, very knowledgeable and highly courteous people who will go to great lengths to fix whatever issue you're facing with the app, emphasis on KNOWLEDGEABLE. Besides the best way to secure, generate random passwords and all the other security features. The support staff is very helpful. Actual people! 1Password is your one stop for the password manager. Also they have a Great Podcast. I wish it were longer or have two episodes a week.
