Flawless migration from the standalone vault

I’ve been a 1Password user since the beginning… up until recently I’ve used the standalone version but in preparation for version 8, I decided to move to a 1Password account. The migration went flawlessly and the few questions I had were responded to quickly and professionally. As a computer security professional for 30 years, I value the relationship with their team as much as I do the application itself.

I'm a big fan of 1Password! Have pushed my entire family to use it, and this made keeping our accounts secure a breeze! I can just periodically rotate my 60yo parent's passwords without them even noticing! Recommended, it's the best password manager in town!

I needed to update my 1 Password and at the same time get credit for my Eero subscription. The update had to take place with my laptop, iPad and telephone as well as my wife's. The timely support and easy instructions by the 1 Password support team was outstanding. I'm not a real techie guy but their support team walked me through the process.

Excellent 1Password Tech Support Experience

I had purchased 1Password for my iPhone, but had an illness and never got around to doing anything more than establishing my account and loading the software on my phone. When the annual renewal hit my App Store account, I decided it was time to dust off the software and start using what I was paying for. BUT - I could not for the life of me remember my master password, and I had not every saved my original recovery kit. Entirely my fault. But, still, I figured contacting 1Password tech ...
