1Password will not allow me access
I used to have an issue with the app running in Linux (openSUSE Tumbleweed). After reported the issue to the team, they quickly help me to resolved it by releasing another version of the app with the bug reported fixed.

Love 1Password!
I used Lastpass for many years but because of some issues with it I decided to try 1Password. I find 1Password easier to use and the UI much better than Lastpass.

WE have used 1Password for a few years…
WE have used 1Password for a few years now, and very highly recommend it to keep our lives simpler and manage all the passwords! Tech support is great and very responsive.

The app itself is excellent! But, I was surprised to discover they have excellent support as well! I got quick replies from the support team, and they perfectly answered all my questions. They were very understanding and patient!

I accidentally set up 6 accounts and…
I accidentally set up 6 accounts and the tech team helped me back out of it and put me on a "family" plan for $60/year. I was reimbursed $515. Thank goodness. I nearly had a heart attack! Tej and other folks at 1Password were really quick at responding to emails. There is no phone number to call. It all worked out. -Dave
