Great product & great support!
I have worked with 1Password Manager for many years and I am very satisfied with the product. Recently I had to contact the helpdesk for support and the reply was fast, friendly and helpful. Thanks for not only selling the program but also for the support if (seldom) glitches occur!

Great customer service.
Had a small problem regarding the payment after the probationary period. Left a message on the contacts page. Received confirmation from the bot that I would be contacted. In the meantime figured out the problem. Received a call back regarding original message with an explanation on how to avoid the problem in the future. Awesome customer service. Love the software.

Great product, Excellent customer support
I have been using 1Password for years and it is a great product. Lately, they have improved their integration with the various browsers so that it is almost seamless to use. And recently I had a customer service issue where I wanted to migrate my account from a shared plan to an individual plan. Their team promptly responded to my request for help and direction. This is one of the best products available today. The product just works as promised.

An invaluable tool
1Password is an invaluable tool for managing accounts across multiple devices and organizations. Not only does it allow me to create and store secure passwords but the interface designed in such a way that logging in is faster than typing in my passwords manually ever was.
