Helpful help by a real person
Helpful help by a real person I wanted to cancel my 1Password app, as I never use it- and forgot my password to get into my 1Password to cancel. 1Password is of no use to me if I cannot remember that 1 Password... The bot could not help, but when i wrote an email my request was very efficiently and professionally handled and my my account frozen. So if I want to use the app again, I can. Thank you Said for your kind help.

My favourite password manager!
My favourite password manager! I've been using 1Password in the last 3-4 years and I have never had any issues with it. It's reliable, secure and lightweight, an amazing tool. Recently I upgraded to a Family Plan and also transferred my account from the .com to the .eu domain. During this process the 1Password Support team was very helpful. They gave me clear and detailed guidance on how to perform the migration.
