Excellent tool to manage passwords
1Password is an excellent tool to manage a flood of passwords in our digital life. It does not just lump all the passwords with one master password, but provides secure and smart ways to store them. Staff are also friendly and helpful!

1Password's customer service is quick and effective
I'm really happy with the customer service I received this far at 1Password. Trevor (one of the people who helped me) heard my trouble signing in (due to unexpectedly being on the road), and ensured that I understood how to delete my account and start over (which was luckily fast), and ensured that I still received the discount which had been the clincher for joining 1Password. He helped with efficiency and warmth, and that makes all the difference. Thank you, Trevor!

Excellent Support
I've decided with the new M1 Mac to return to a PC. I wrote a question about switching from 1Password 7 to 8 to support, and within a half hour I received an answer with a download link and manual from Gem. You can't expect any more from a company's support department. Excellent!

8+ YEAR USER - I am all in on one password
Best I have ever used: - One password's auto login capabilities are more reliable than last pass and browser based auto login. - Spans all my devices with easy to propagate QR-code based setup on new devices using current devices. - Finely tunable auto lockout, so you can balance security and convenience differently across your devices. Set up of a new account
Although I had some difficulties working out how to transfer the data from my old stand alone account in dropbox, I looked online and found the way from an old posting and succeeded. Subsequently, I received similar advice from a query that I made. I have now set up my account on two computers, an ipad and an iphone.
