Service was great, but...
Service was great, but I was then asked to write two reviews (TrustPilot.com and Delighted.com) for a single 4-email interaction. Writing reviews comes at a cost to your customers, and even being prompted is a nuisance/distraction. Do you really need this much data?

First class customer service!
Twice in as many years I have reached out to their tech support to walk me through challenges I was facing. In both instances, they were both extreme professional, and timely in their support. Regardless of how many follow up mails I sent, they were happy to help until the point my issues were resolved!Thank you 1Password team!

Excellent support
Excellent support. I had an issue with multiple vaults and support staff (Mark-Shane) was very helpful. Great to have technical support in a timely manner.

I've been using 1Password since atleast…
I've been using 1Password since atleast 2019, it having replaced LastPass for me, it has work flawlessly. Support has been wonderful as well: I recently had a snafu with my card and Google Pay, but eventually got the subscription payment through, however the method disappeared from account, so I contacted support and within the day I got my account credited with the missing subscription and the payment method reattached.
