One of The Best Products Out There
The app works fantastic cross platform. It can safe more than just logins and passwords like notes and other important data. It has a build-in 2 step verification authentication. Darkmode and easy setup.Also the support is amazing, fast and very helpful.Highly recommended!

I recently transitioned to 1Password…
I recently transitioned to 1Password from Lastpass and the support team made the transition to 1Password easy. So far it has been a good experience and worked great. Thank you 1Password! I look forward to being a subscriber for many years.

The 1password support is brilliant. They answer very responsively, very kind and the answers you get are very helpful. In total I have had twice a need to contact 1password support and they helped me in very short time. Excellent customer service that is second to none.

Upgrading from a standalone individual license to family subscription
I had a standalone, individual license for many years and many versions. Because 1p 8 was going to require a subscription I wanted to upgrade. However, I only had the option to upgrade to an individual subscription for 50% off for 3 years and couldn't find a way to make it a family license. Support at 1Passsword helped get me upgraded to the family plan and applied the discount to it afterwards. Super easy and helpful. Thanks for an awesome product and service!
