This is a really great password manager…

This is a really great password manager - integrates well across all devices, super secure, very user friendly. When I had a weird issue, I was able to describe it in an email to their team and they responded very quickly with a simple solution. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a password manager!

Honestly, I'm not really convinced of the usability of 1Password. But the support is excellent. They helped me through my troubles and reacted quickly and in a very friendly manner.

I've used 1Password for 8 years without a hitch. It has saved me countless hours and my sanity. I trust completely and it and feel better having hundreds of stronger randomized passwords locked inside it, and have converted many people over to using it! It's also one of the few apps that I'm excited to read the release notes of every update (which is frequent!) Yubikey to unlock vault

1password only misses 1 thing to be perfect: I have Yubikey and I want to use my key to UNLOCK my vault. A passphrase is strong but you must get the function to unlock vaults with keys. According to the answer from 1password below, in the link it says: "From now on, you can use your security key the first time you sign in to your 1Password account on a new device." I think you should implement an option for using the yubikey within a time-limit that the user can choose itself. Using it ...

The team is just excellent

The team is just excellent. I had changed my master password and locked me out that way. After contactating support they helped me with restoring access. Unfortunately I had to create a new account, as the old one was a single account and not a family / team account. However I still had access to the data on my mobile since the account was unlocked with an other account. This way I could easily transfer my data to the new account. And they gave me a credit for the new account.

Problem with 1Password syncing between computer and phone

There was a problem with 1Password syncing between my computer and my phone. 1Password Customer Service / Tech Support identified the issue and help me correct the problem. 1Password provided great support in what was a very friendly, courteous, and patient experience.
