Thoroughly Responsive & Effective Support
In these days of voice prompt hell, or waiting endlessly for callbacks that never happen, it’s both a relief and elating to deal with a service like 1Password. 1Password is the Cadillac of password managers. I"ve been a customer for a long time and they continually upgrade their product to keep your passwords safe. Their support is wonderful too.

Excellent Service
I had difficulties at the beginning of my trial subscription period in the areas of access and the correct region for my 1Password. I found the 1Password support team to be understanding in relation to my challenges, they provided quick responses to my questions, and their solutions worked very well. My experiences with this professional app developer were a huge improvement compared to other developers. I strongly recommend the 1Password support group to future subscriberrs.

i was frustrated trying to recover my…
i was frustrated trying to recover my password and followed the instructions to go to the website. I had my email address of course and the Secret Key but could not log on to get the password because i needed the password to get in my account. My request for help was sent immediately and it was clear and easy to follow. Thank you.

Recently I found some problem with the subscription of 1Password, I reach for support, the 1Password support team resolves my problem very well.

Excellent customer support
Excellent customer support. I purchased an individual account; I half set it up, and then didn’t use it for several months. When I went back to use it, I couldn’t remember my password! On top of that, I decided a family plan was a better solution for us. Customer Service explained what to do (delete my account and sign up for a new account), and followed up to Credit my individual plan to the family plan. Thanks 1Password!
