Amazing support

I used the old version (6) until last week. Them it didn't work anymore with Google Chrome after an update of that browser. So I had to update to the new version with a monthly subscription. The people from support were a great help with this. They offered me a great deal and helped me really well with the set-up. I can highly recommend this tool and also their support.

Blazing fast support

I have never had faster, more responsive customer service! My operator error had be ready to delete the account. They 'educated' me and helped me resolve my issue not only quickly - but in language that came from a real human. So refreshing!!

Happy 1Password customer since (at least) 2011 and version 3.0. I only need to remember 1 Password (to the 1Password program) to login securely on all my devices. Honestly, I don't know how people get along without a password manager these days without re-using the same passwords for everything, which is a terrible idea. And customer support Rocks!

I had a non-standard situation with paying for the next year of using 1Password. I needed to change the country and link a new bank card of this country to the account. This turned out to be far from an easy task. Due to the fact that in 1Password the country is determined by a bank card. So I had to contact 1Password support. After one year, I feel my accounts are safer than they could ever be.

My subscription is about to renew at the beginning of the next month and I am happy to say that this thing is very reliable. It's a very easy interface to create a new login and random password on the fly for whatever you need. I was never too keen on writing down all my passwords, so this app is the most perfect thing I could've asked for. It has touch-ID, categorization of passwords by letter. Fantastic customer support

The customer service team at 1Password is absolutely amazing. This password management program is wonderful but it’s also a bit complicated, Each time I have emailed support with a question I have gotten a very quick, detailed and helpful response with exactly the information I needed, and more, to solve the issue. Their responses are kind as well which makes me feel less of an idiot as a relatively tech savvy 72 yr old woman who can sometimes get a bit overwhelmed by all these various apps ...

I've been a 1Password client for a few years now, and they deliver consistently excellent customer service, on top of a great product that's super secure and easy to use. Just had outstanding help from Laura on the customer service team, where she walked me though the steps to migrate date I did NOT want to lose, to another account. 5 stars all the way.
