The product is just awesome
The product is just awesome. The team is also awesome and responsive to requests. They constantly update the product. I have been using this since way back in the day when it was a single program on the computer, it has evolved to be even more convenient since, now it is cross platform, I can check my passwords on my ios devices, computers etc. I don't have to change them on each, they are all in sync. At first I wasn't happy with a subscription model but it is pretty cheap and worth it to ...

GREAT SUPPORT and Wonderful Software
I have been using 1password for quite a time now. I have tried other password managers, but I feel 1password is best aligned with not only passwords, but also other financial/insurance/sensitive documents/etc. I can HIGHLY recommend 1password to anyone!! Additionally, their support team is AWESOME!!

I hadn't used 1Password for a couple of years and had all new devices. The team was quick to reply to my emails and helped me get the right solution in a timely manner. They had incredible customers service. Thank you.

1Password is the best PW manager, hands down.
1Password is easy to use, secure, and protects my privacy. I used a different password manager for years and the difference is night and day. 1Password gets all the details right. I'm so happy that I made the switch. I've also been very pleased with customer service when I had a billing question.

Great customer service!
While the 1PW product is very good, I'm writing this to applaud their customer service. After a recent update for the Mac app I had problems with it. I emailed Customer Service on a Sunday afternoon and within a few hours had a response from Chantelle. It took a few back and forth emails to work it out over the next couple of hours .... on a Sunday evening. She was patient and eventually gave me all the information I needed to get back to using 1PW effectively. I hope that management sees ...
