I wanted to setup Two-Step verification…

I wanted to setup Two-Step verification (2fa) while logging into the main account. In addition, I needed understand how to use the second part of 2fa with the accounts you've loaded. The 1st part was easy once tech support answered my call for help. I just needed to login via the website... not the app. The second part was confusing. I understood how to setup by going directly to their website accounts that supports it. But I was very confused how to do this using 1Password. Reading Help ...

Great password manager and support

I've been using 1Password for over 12 years. In that time I've never had a problem. I recently upgraded to the hosted service and ran into a snag migrating data from my device-based vault. The 1Password support staff was right there to help. The tech I worked with was responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and most import, helpful. Everything is resolved and working as it should. I have been using 1 password for years…

I have been using 1 password for years and love it. Because of sickness I was unable to pay this years subscription. I wrote to customer service and explained the situation. I immediately got a response from them giving med help to continue using 1 Password. I must say that 1 password has one of the best customer service I have come upon. They really take care of their customers and I am so happy that I have been using them during these past years, and will of course always be using them.

I consider 1Password to be an absolutely essential program, but I was a bit wary when switching over from an individual license to a family subscription that I not lose any data. I’m grateful that it’s backed up with wonderful tech support.

I still don't understand why people keep going without this app. Yes, it's not free! BUT how much is your health cost? Free your brain! Stop thinking about what user you put, or what password you put. Not to mention bank passwords that change every 2 weeks, or websites that require other complexities to verify that it's you. With 1Password, you forget about everything and the app does the rest.

Solved my issue in one email I had a tricky billing question that involved deleting and recreating an account and my issue was resolved with one email that included detailed step by step instructions. Couldn't ask for more.

1Password has been the best password manager I've ever used (and I've used a lot of them). The seamless integration with both a browser on a PC and fields on iOS is outstanding. The support was also very friendly.
