Excellent customer support
Long time 1Password user (the desktop version). Now wanted to switch to subscription based product and had some questions. Support was excellent, prompt and effective. Great team at 1Password, and an excellent product!

1Password support experience
I installed 1Password, to keep complex passwords for my website logins comfortably in a safe place. Right from the start the desktop version on my Macbook worked fine for me without any problems. Not so did the iOS version and I contacted the support to find out why. My support experience was really excellent! Excellent service
Excellent service! I used to use a competitor for many years. But because of poor customer service, I switched to 1password. Boy do I now wish I had done that a lot sooner. Every customer service rep here is nice and persistent. They want to make sure your problems are all resolved. They have my loyalty forever!

Five Star support experience - highly recommended product
The support I received from the 1 Password team was one of, if not THE, best technical support experiences I have ever had. I had an entire support team working on my issue, which was impressive in itself, but even more amazing, was how well they all worked together to solve my problem without me having to continually re-state my issue each time someone new became involved. This is the only app you need to keep…
This is the only app you need to keep all your logins, passwords and much more in a well managed and secure way. The support team at 1password is really fast to answer and provide any help needed. I use it personally and we use it at our company to manage all our systems and services access. It is really worth it!

Couldn't find my password... Good thing Customer cares directed me to find it on other devices!
I was trying to log into my other computer and for some reason, my passwords were not working. I usually use a combination of my apple iCloud passwords and 1password and none of the info I had seemed to work. I wrote customer support and bingo: I had it saved, but I just didn't know how to find it. Great and useful support, very friendly
I had the issue that my 1Password app on the computer opened only as a white screen and could not be used any more. the two support colleagues tried many steps, instructed me on what to try myself, but nothing helped. They always stayed very friendly. Finally it was found out that it was an issue with the latest 1Password upgrade, so I received a link of a former version and could work thanks to this workaround. Really helpful. Thanks a million!
